This fantastic holiday villa is within easy reach of the Roman ruins of Empuries and archaeological museum, which many families visit time and again when they visit L'Escala for their holidays. The villa features broadband internet access, and full SKY+ subscriptions for movies and sports, to keep the whole family entertained when not outside in the pool or exploring the local attractions.

VILLA FOR RENT - 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10

The villa is excellently situated for a peaceful holiday yet within easy reach of all the amenities that L'Escala has to offer.


The large living room with fireplace leads to a conservatory and has SKY+ TV with access to all movies & sport channels, plus a surround sound DVD system. A separate 'Chill Out Area' area in the conservatory has a separate TV, DVD player, Video player, X-Box & PC with broadband internet access. The kitchen is large and like many of the rooms was refurbished for the 2007 holiday season.


Outside, the rental villa is set in a 600 sq meter plot with secure and gated pool area, large barbecue and 3 separate terraces for sunny or shaded wining and dining.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, one double bed, one single bed and a triple single bed room, accommodating a total of 10 people.

There is a main bathroom and a further two shower rooms.

L'ESCALA TOURIST INFORMATION

L'Escala, on the northern coast of the costa brava, is one of the most interesting and picturesque places in the region. The old town grew up around the fishing industry and L'Escala is world famous for its Anchovies. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market and a weekly Sunday Morning market. An excellent modern Marina accommodates the fishing fleet as well as luxury yachts and motor cruisers. Within a few minutes there are many safe sandy beaches and the clear water is ideal for scuba diving. In the area there are a whole range of other sporting facilities, including several Golf courses. A variety of bars and superb restaurants (many specialising in fish dishes) exist in the town and on the outskirts. L'Escala is an ideal family destination.

How to get To L'Escala:

Easy Access from all of Europe. L'Escala is situated at the southern end of the Bay of Roses. 45 minutes from the French border. 35 minutes from Girona Airport (flights with Ryanair from many UK airports)and 90 mins. from Barcelona Airport. Approximately 12 hours by car from Calais or Boulogne.
